Georgian Bay Fire & Safety's Operations Manager, Jeff Taylor, announced today that the company has just completed an asset-based acquisition of Armstrong Fire Protection of London, Ontario. Mr. Taylor commented that this acquisition is consistent with the companies' aggressive growth strategy and that the quality of Armstrong's people, customers and facility make this a very good acquisition for both parties. The Armstrong fire facility with its DOT certified Hydrostatic-testing capabilities will remain and become the London branch of Georgian Bay Fire & Safety Ltd.
